DUKE + DEXTER x WTA - The Lookbook
Back in 1973, tennis legend Billie Jean King founded the Women’s Tennis Association – or the WTA – at the very start of the Open Era. It’s been the face of the women’s game for half a century, with tournaments the world over, from Roland Garros to Melbourne Park.
This year, the tour returns to The Queen’s Club, Kensington, as part of the HSBC Championships in early June. To celebrate, we’ve collaborated with the WTA on a one-off run of footwear and apparel, screen-printed with original, hand-drawn artwork from the team in Brixton.
Along with friends of the family – including tennis pro Priscilla Hon – we headed to Queen’s for a couple of matches, in our uniform for the tournament – the Plus Green Track Jacket and Showtime Penny Loafers.
The collection arrives in limited quantities on Thursday, 12th June.
