Points are earned for making D+D purchases. You can also achieve rewards by completing a few other actions as outlined on our rewards page.
You can redeem points for discounts of up to 20% on your next D+D purchase.
In the checkout (make sure you’re logged in) select the offer that’s available to you that you want to use from the dropdown.
Pending points can take a few days to appear in your account and are not eligible for use yet. You can view your points history on the rewards page whilst logged in.
Once you move into a new tier, you’re in it forever. If you redeem points, it’s purely to receive your discount and doesn’t effect your tier after use.
Log in on the rewards page to view your points balance.
If you do want to return an item, the points previously earned from this will be removed from your account.
Simply log in on the rewards page and add your birthday. Your points will be accredited on the day selected.
