What will be available to purchase in the Sample Sale event?
Ready for this...

• Penny Loafers (ranging from size UK 3 in women's right up to size UK 13 in men's). These will be priced at either £75 or £95. This includes previous bestselling styles, and hundreds one-of-a-kind sample pieces that never went into bulk production. This is your chance to own a piece of D+D history.
• Sneakers, including bestselling Ritchie styles for just £50.
• Hoodies for £35.
• T-Shirts and vests. All for just £25.

What will be available to purchase across the event?

• We will have full coverage of our bestselling loafer styles, including Black + White, Kiss, Snake and for women we will have Cherry, Kiss ad a selection of Mary Janes.
• We will have exclusive first access to our new Pin Up collection, across apparel, footwear and accessories.
• We will also have early access to shop the new SS25 apparel collection before anyone else.
• From 26th March we will celebrate the launch of our new sneaker, the Plus Duke, which will be exclusively available at the store. The first 10 people to purchase the Plus Duke sneaker will get a free card holder with their purchase.

Do I need a ticket to enter?
No. It's free and no ticket is required.
We expect the store to be extremely busy, especially on the four days we are offering sample sale product, so we encourage you to get there early to avoid disappointment. Styles will sell out quickly.

Will the D+D team be there?
Yes, the store will be run by the core D+D team across the entire event, so we'd love to meet you and get your thoughts, feedback & requests for the future.

Will there be food and drink?
Coffee. Beer. Water. Snacks. Good chat.

Can I redeem PLUS+ Loyalty points in store?
We're currently unable to accept loyalty points or any other discounts on any order through the pop-up, but purchases made will add to your points total to then use online.

How can I pay?
Card only. No cash payment.

When will our in-house artist be at the store?
Our in-house artist, Katie, will be at the pop-up up event on Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th and Saturday 29th March. 
Katie will be live painting in the store so please do come by to see the process in person and ask any questions you may have. 

Do I need an appointment to discuss a custom design with your in-house artist?
No appointment needed! Please feel free to come by the store whilst our artist Katie is there, and she'll be happy to discuss the custom process, and any design ideas, with you.

Can I place an order for a custom design at store?
Yes! For all custom orders on our shoes or cardholders placed directly in store, we will be happy to offer a 10% discount on custom orders for you.

Can I still place a custom order when the artist is not in the store?
Absolutely! Once your order has been placed in store, our artist will be in touch to confirm the details of your order and discuss any design ideas, as well as answer any questions you may have.

What are the lead times?
If you place your order in store for a tier 1 design (such as initialling or lettering) whilst our artist is in store, it may be possible for Katie to complete these whilst you wait (subject to the time of day and volume of orders). If you purchase a pair of custom shoes or accessory whilst our artist is not in the store, or for all tier 2, 3, and 4 designs, this will be subject to the usual 6-week lead time.
