The countdown is on. Our first sale since January. Up to 50% off.

Here’s what you need to know to nab the pieces on your list.  

When does the Summer Sale start?
Thursday 30th July at 12 PM BST for PLUS+ Members and 4 PM BST for those who subscribe for early access below.

Friday 31st July at 9 AM for everyone else not signed up.

 

What is going to be included?
This will be our biggest Summer Sale to date, including some of our best-selling styles – for the first time. We will have a range of loafers, sneakers and apparel.
You will need to move fast, as things will sell out quickly. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

I’ve never shopped with DUKE + DEXTER before and I’m unsure of sizing.
Every product has a dedicated size guide linked from the product page. We recommend you read it before launch, so you know which size to buy.

Can I return items bought in the Summer Sale?
Yes, any items purchased from our Summer Sale can be exchanged or returned, subject to our usual returns policy as outlined here.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods and also offer Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay in certain regions. All relevant payment options will be displayed to you during checkout depending on your location. You can also redeem gift cards should you have them.

Can I use other discounts?
You cannot use any other discount codes on sale products.

Can I use PLUS+ Points on sale items?
Yes. If you have Plus+ Points in your account, you can redeem these on Sale purchases.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, you have 15 minutes to amend it or add more items using the relevant section on the order confirmation page. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed; these will need to be returned to us in line with our returns policy.

Will express shipping be available?
Yes. Express shipping options will be available at checkout. Any orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be shipped that same day and will arrive in line with the times outlined during checkout.
