How to start your return

Visit our returns portal and follow the steps - it only takes a minute.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and details of next steps. Once your returns label arrives, simply drop your parcel at your nearest drop-off point.

Please note: we're not able to offer exchanges at the moment.

How to start your return

Terms

  • Refunds, exchanges and credits are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return - this is usually much quicker but due to higher volumes in peak periods, it can take up to 10 working days.  
  • Items must be unworn, unmarked, and returned in their original box with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that don't meet our stated conditions of returns.
  • To reduce shipping costs, kindly place the shoe box inside a courier bag rather than a larger shipping box.
  • Socks can only be returned if unopened and unworn.
  • Custom, bespoke and hand-painted items cannot be returned as they’re made to order.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • *Returns must be received back at our warehouse within 21 or 14 days of delivery.
