Returns Policy

Duke & Dexter offers free returns and exchanges on all orders.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. We are unable to offer a refund on any bespoke shoes as these have been made to your specification.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns received after the 14 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Duke & Dexter. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.

The Shoes

- How long do the shoes take to arrive?

UK courier = 1-2 working days
European courier = 1-3 working days
US courier = 1-3 working days
Worldwide courier = 1-4 working days

- Do you make shoes in any other UK sizes than 7-12?

Yes – we can have shoes specially made in UK sizes 6-15. Please email us or call us on +44 (0) 1491 612848 and we can assist you with your order.

- How will my shoes be packaged?

Your shoes will arrive in a Duke & Dexter box with cotton dust bags for every pair.

- How do I know that my shoes are genuine?

Our shoes are sold exclusively at or at our registered stockists. Shoes purchased outside of these channels may well not be a genuine product of Duke & Dexter and therefore none of the said policies apply.

The Order

- How can I change my order once it’s been placed?

If you change your mind after your original order placement, please email highlighting the change required. We will do our best to amend your order before it’s dispatched. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Please note that if your order is tailored then we cannot replace it.
