- How long do the shoes take to arrive?
Last collection dates by DHL for delivery before Christmas to USA (NY), UK and Europe is 20th December.
All orders placed on or after 21st December we will aim to dispatch w/c 31st December.
UK courier = 1-2 working days
European courier = 1-3 working days
US courier = 1-3 working days
Worldwide courier = 1-5 working days
- Do you make shoes in any other UK sizes than 7-12?
Yes – we can have shoes specially made in UK sizes 5-15. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44(0)2070961880 and we can assist you with your order.
Please note that sizes other than 7-12 are bespoke sizes and hand made to order. They will therefore take 14 days to be made for you. We regret that they are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- How will my shoes be packaged?
Your shoes will arrive in a Duke & Dexter box with a complimentary cotton dust per pair. Any returned must be returned in the original packaging, including the dust bag.
- How do I know that my shoes are genuine?
Our shoes are sold exclusively at www.dukeanddexter.com or at our registered stockists. Shoes purchased outside of these channels may well not be a genuine product of Duke & Dexter and therefore none of the said policies apply.
- How can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to amend your order once it has been placed. In the event of a mistake, please email email@example.com highlighting the error required and we will do our best to amend your order before it’s dispatched. Please note that if your order is a bespoke pair then we cannot replace it.
- How do I return my shoes?

- What happens if I don’t receive an order confirmation?
In the non-receipt of an order confirmation, please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes - we ship worldwide via DHL. Please see above for shipping times.
- Can I request a totally bespoke pair of shoes with my own motif?

- I have received the wrong item.
In the unlikely event that we have made an error with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0207 209 5681 and we will rectify this for you urgently.
- How do I protect my shoes?
Only the highest quality materials go into making Duke and Dexter shoes. As such, there may be some natural variation in our leather products. However, we feel that this only enhances the look.
Generally, we recommend that you avoid applying any products to them as our materials are high quality and consequently, very sensitive to chemicals.
To clean, we'd simply recommend you take a damp (with water), clean cloth and very lightly dab the cloth in the affected areas to eliminate any dust or marks.
Our loafers are designed for ‘easy wear’ and so we recommend keeping them away from heat and wet and to store them in our dust bags when not in use.
- Can I collect/exchange my shoes in store?
Yes you can – as soon as you receive a confirmation email, you will be able to collect your shoes from our Covent Garden store.
