You can return or exchange all full price orders within 21 days of purchase, free of charge.

For the holiday period we have extended our return policy on all orders. Items purchased between 22 November and 24 December 2024 are eligible for return until 15 January 2025.

Anything purchased in sale or at a discount of 20% or more can be exchanged free of charge, or refunded for a small fee within 14 days of purchase, as outlined below.

To start your return please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions. You will then receive updates on the required next steps via email. Once you have received your returns label from us, you will need to take your items to your nearest drop off point.

Terms of returns
  • The shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, as received. To reduce shipping costs, kindly place the shoe box inside a courier bag instead of a larger shipping box.
  • Items must be in a new or unworn condition with no marks and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that don't meet our stated conditions of returns. 
  • Socks cannot be returned, unless the product packaging is intact, unopened and the product hasn't been worn.
  • Custom, bespoke and hand-painted orders cannot be returned as these are made to your specification. 
  • Items bought in sale are liable for a small shipping and handling fee as outlined below which will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded, only the product cost

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund, exchange or credit within 10 working days. This is usually much quicker but due to higher volumes in peak periods, it can take up to 10 working days.
