What are your opening hours?
Friday 14th November: 12pm - 9pm
Saturday 15th November: 10am - 7pm
Sunday 16th November: 11am - 5pm

Do I need a ticket to enter?
No. It's free and no ticket required.

What will be available to purchase?
This will be our biggest and best sample sale yet.
We've got product samples, past bestsellers and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Plus a selection of new season product, all at 50% off for three days only.

The first 10 people each day will get a free gift with each purchase.

Will the D+D team be there?
Yes, the store will be run by the core D+D team across the full three days, so it would be great to meet as many of you as possible.

Can I return or exchange items?
All sales are final, but we will make sure you find your right size before you leave. We are also unable to accept exchanges or returns from previous D+D orders.

How can I pay?
Card payments only. We are unable to accept cash at this event.

Can I place an order for a custom design at store?
Our in-house artist, Katie, will be at the pop-up event every day. Katie will be live painting in the store so please do come by to see the process in person and ask any questions you may have. No appointment is needed! For all custom orders on our shoes or cardholders placed directly in store, we will be happy to offer a 10% discount on custom orders for you.

Can I redeem PLUS+ Loyalty Points in store?
You are unable to redeem loyalty points in store, however all purchases made will collect points which will be added to your account.
