Do I need a ticket to enter?
No. It’s free and no ticket is required.

What will be available to purchase?
This will be our best event yet.
We’ve got product samples, past bestsellers and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Will the D+D team be there?

Yes, the store will be run by the core D+D team across the full four days, so it would be great to meet as many of you as possible.

Can I return or exchange items?

All sales are final, but we will make sure you find your right size before you leave. We are also unable to accept exchanges or returns from previous D+D orders.

How can I pay?
Card payments only. We are unable to accept cash at this event.

Can I place an order for a custom design at store?

Our in-house artist, Katie, will be at the pop-up event live painting in store, so please do come by to see the process in person and ask any questions you may have. No appointment is needed and we will be offering a 10% discount on all custom orders that are placed at the pop-up.

There will also be an exclusive custom cap, designed and hand-painted by Katie, that will be available to buy at the pop-up store. This will be a limited edition, with 10 caps available in total.

Customisation will also be available on the day for items bought at the pop-up. Customers can select a range of design options to choose from, such as lettering, dates and small motifs. For any different, or more detailed, design requests, this can be discussed with Katie and will be subject to the usual 4 to 6 week lead time for completion.

Can I redeem Plus+ Loyalty Points in store?
You are unable to redeem loyalty points in store, however all purchases made will collect points which will be added to your account.
