Promotion Terms

 

These promotional terms and conditions apply to our promotions and offers on selected our products or lines which we provide from time to time.

These promotional terms and conditions are supplementary to our main terms and conditions which shall also apply and which can be found on our website at: https://dukeanddexter.com/pages/terms-and-conditions 

All our Promotional Offers are subject to the below general promotional terms and conditions:


 1. Eligibility

Promotional Offers can only be redeemed on full price items and cannot be applied on or used to purchase any of the following:

  • Custom Orders
  • Collaborations (eg Playboy)
  • Delivery Charges
  • Gift Cards

unless expressly specified otherwise in writing. The above list is not exhaustive and other exclusions may apply.


2. Expiry

Please refer to your marketing material for the applicable expiry date and/or promotional period relevant per Promotional Offer. Any redemption attempt made following expiry of the expiry date or promotional period will not be granted.

 

3. Promotional codes

3.1 To redeem a Promotional Offer online, you must enter the code at checkout.

3.2 The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount and cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been made, unless specified otherwise.

 

4. Value & Availability

4.1 £140 minimum spend is required for the our Promotional Offers to apply. The minimum spend must be met within a single transaction to receive the Promotional Offer. If an item is subsequently returned which brings the amount spent below the minimum spend amount, the offer value may be deducted from any associated refund.

4.2 Promotional Offers have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. Credit cannot be carried forward.

4.3 All orders are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice to you.

4.4 Some Promotional Offers may only be used once only and are for use by the intended recipient only. Proof of entitlement may be requested. For in store purchases you must present and/or quote your Promotional Offer code or show it on a mobile device. 

4.5 All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of Promotional Offer codes may result in the cancellation of your order.

 

Ace High Promotion

Entries must be received by October 2nd 2025 at 2PM BST. Entrants must follow @dukeanddexter, like and comment "Ace" on the post.
Winners will be selected randomly and notified directly by October 2nd 2025 at 11.59PM BST.
The discount code is one single use, valid for 50% off on all products part of the Ace High Pt. 1 collection.
It can be redeemed until October 5th 2025 at 11:59PM BST. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or used upon 1OF1 hand-painted styles.
