Summer Sale 2025 FAQs

With the Summer Sale launching later this week, we want to make sure you have everything you need to give yourself the best chance of securing that piece you’ve been eyeing. 

We expect both the preview and launch days to be very busy, with items likely to sell out quickly so we recommend being prepared ahead of time.

When does summer sale start?
Wednesday 30^th July at 4pm BST for PLUS+ Members and those who subscribe for early access here:

Thursday 31^st July at 4pm for everyone else not signed up.

How do I get Early Access to the sale?
You can get early access by signing up here.

What is going to be included?
This will be our biggest Summer Sale to date including some of our bestselling styles which have never before been included in Summer Sale.
We will have a range of loafers, sneakers and apparel.
You will need to move fast as things will sell out quickly and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

I’ve never shopped with DUKE + DEXTER before and I’m unsure of sizing.
Every product has a dedicated size guide linked to from the product page which we recommend you read prior to the launch so you know which size you need to buy.

Can I return items bought in the Summer Sale?
Yes, any items purchased from our Summer Sale can be exchanged or returned, subject to our usual returns policy as outlined here.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods and also offer Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay in certain regions. All relevant payment options will be displayed  to you during checkout depending on your location. You can also redeem gift cards should you have them.

Can I use other discounts?
You cannot use any other discount codes on sale product.

Can I use Plus+ Points on sale items?
Yes. If you have Plus+ Points in your account, you can redeem these towards Sale purchases.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, you have 15 minutes to amend it or add more items using the section on the confirmation page that will be displayed to you. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed, these will need to be returned to us at a later date in line with our returns policy.

Will express shipping be available?
Yes. Express shipping options will be available in checkout and any orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be shipped out that same day and will arrive in line with the times outlined during checkout.
