CUSTOM FAQs

From the moment you place your order through to when your shoes are ready to be shipped, our in-house artist will work with you to design your custom pair. 

Step 1: Place your order via our Design Your Own product page.

Step 2: Our artist will then email you to confirm the details of your custom design. 

Step 3: Next our artist will create design mock-ups for you to see how your shoes will look, making as many amendments to the design as needed until you are completely happy for your pair to be painted.

Step 4: Our artist will then get to work painting your shoes, and have them shipped to you in 6 weeks or less.

Tier One - Small initials or image on the shoes - £380 / $500 / €450.
Tier Two - Larger block print design, eg: logos, large letters, more simple designs - £500 / $700 / €600.
Tier Three - Highly detailed design with as many colours as needed - £750 / $900 / €800.
All prices include the shoes and worldwide shipping

We can offer a bespoke hand-painted design on any of our shoe styles, the choice is yours!

Whether on the sides, back, or anywhere across the front, our artist can hand paint your design anywhere on your chosen D+D shoes.

Katie is our in-house artist, with a background in Illustration and Fine Art and has been creating work for individual customers for the past 5 years.

Katie will work with you from your initial enquiry, through to the design, at which point she will begin the hand-painting of your design. Once they are fully hand-painted and sealed with a protective varnish, they are ready to be shipped to you.

For Tier 1 designs, the lead times are approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 designs, which are more detailed and complex, our lead times for such designs are approximately 6 weeks.

We offer free worldwide shipping for all of our custom hand-painted shoes.

All custom shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been created. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct design and shoe size information before the design is created.
